Power Adapter's

Requested RGBW+ 5 wire connectors. to extend current system. They sent me connectors for a two wire sysytem and a three-wire system. I guess that equal five wire system to someone in fulfillment? products look great, but I Can't use them. I'm awaiting instructions on how to return them and how best to get the products I need.
